Responsibilities:

  1. Safe and Exciting Driving:

    • Safely operate a party bus, ensuring the well-being of passengers while providing an enjoyable ride.

    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy while behind the wheel.

  2. Customer Service:

    • Interact with patrons in a friendly and engaging manner, creating a positive and energetic atmosphere.

    • Provide assistance with boarding and disembarking, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

  3. Entertainment and Atmosphere:

    • Be the life of the party! set the mood with lighting, and contribute to the overall lively atmosphere of the bus

  4. Crisis Management:

    • Remain calm and collected under pressure, handling unexpected situations with confidence.

    • Effectively manage any issues that may arise with intoxicated patrons, ensuring their safety and the safety of others.

  5. Vehicle Maintenance:

    • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the party bus is in optimal condition.

    • Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure the safety of passengers.

  6. Compliance:

    • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • Stay informed about local ordinances and regulations related to alcohol consumption on party buses.

 

Qualifications:

  • Valid HR (heavy rigid) and DA (Drivers Authorisation) with a passenger endorsement.

  • Clean driving record.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or entertainment-related role.

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and intoxicated patrons with professionalism.

  • A passion for creating a fun and memorable experience for passengers.

As the Onboard Host, you'll be the pulse of the party, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all passengers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Party Atmosphere:

    • Infuse energy and excitement into the party bus by engaging with passengers and maintaining a lively atmosphere throughout the journey.

    • Foster a positive and inclusive environment, encouraging passengers to participate in onboard activities and entertainment.

  2. Patron Interaction:

    • Act as the main point of contact for passengers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.

    • Monitor passenger behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.

  3. Entertainment Coordination:

    • Coordinate and facilitate onboard entertainment, such as music, and vibe to enhance the overall experience for passengers.

    • Manage passengers and troubleshoot any Issues to keep the party going.

  4. Safety and Security:

    • Maintain a watchful eye on passengers, particularly those who may be intoxicated, and handle situations confidently and professionally.

    • Collaborate with the party bus driver to ensure a safe and secure environment for all patrons.

  5. Communication:

    • Effectively communicate with passengers and the driver to relay important information, updates, and ensure a coordinated effort to deliver an exceptional experience.

    • Handle announcements, share information about upcoming events, and keep passengers informed throughout the journey.

  6. Assist with Boarding and Disembarking:

    • Support the smooth boarding and disembarking process, ensuring all passengers are accounted for and have an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing and friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.

  • Confidence in dealing with intoxicated patrons and ability to defuse potentially challenging situations.

  • Ability to maintain composure and enthusiasm in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage a diverse group of passengers.

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
