🔹 How do I book a party bus? 
Simply contact us via **call, text, or email** to check availability and secure your booking.  

🔹 How much is the deposit?  
A $300 deposit is required to secure your booking and confirm your date , if your booking a package there may be a increase in the deposit for 3rd party companies in the package 

🔹 How much is the security bond and when do I get it returned?
The security bond is $250 on top of your hire price. The bond is payable in cash on pick up. Once the bus is cleared of any mess or damages your bond is returned in cash straight after the charter.

🔹 What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept bank transfer, PAYID, credit/debit card,(Amex, Mastercard & Visa fees apply) and cash. speak to management when booking 

🔹 Can we bring drinks onboard?
Yes! BYO drinks are allowed (strictly 18+). No glass, bottles or open cups. CANS only unless organised in advance with management.

🔹Can we bring food onboard?
No unfortunately no food is to be consumed  onboard but you can transport it to your event or boat 

🔹 What’s included on the bus?

🔹 Can we decorate the bus?  
Yes! You can bring balloons and non-messy decorations. 

🔹 How long is the hire time?  
We offer custom hire options from 1-hour rides to custom times for the day

🔹 Are you available to hire week days?
Yes, absolutely any day you require

🔹 What is your biggest bus capacity
45 seaters

🔹 Where can we be picked up? 
We service the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. Let us know your location, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We do service Brisbane to Byron with a travelling fee.
We DO NOT service Mount Tambourine. 

🔹 Can we stop at multiple locations? 
Yes! As long as it is within your hire time. Let us know in advance, and we’ll plan the best route for your party

 

🔹 Are underage guests allowed?  
Yes, but no BYO is permitted if there is a minor onboard.

🔹 What if we need to cancel?  
Deposits are non-refundable, but we may offer a credit or reschedule depending on circumstances.  

🔹What if someone is too intoxicated?
For safety reasons they may be refused entry onboard or removed from the bus.
